• Receipt of required deposit or payment

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on this website are base daily rates in British Pounds Sterling and are subject to:

• Availability at time of confirmed booking

• Seasonal demand variations

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before rental execution.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup incur no penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup time may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental rate. No-shows without prior cancellation forfeit any deposits paid.

Vehicle Condition and Use

Renters are responsible for:

• Maintaining vehicle in good condition during rental period
• Using vehicle only for legal purposes
• Not subletting or allowing unauthorized drivers
• Reporting any damage or mechanical issues immediately
• Returning vehicle with same fuel level as provided

Liability and Insurance

Renters are liable for any damage occurring during the rental period. Comprehensive insurance options are available and highly recommended. Insurance details and coverage limits are specified in the rental contract.
